my god that was quick well i kind of miss writing i guess. I went out straight from work yesterday, was in a pub by 5pm 2 guys were leaving work, 1 of them is cool an a friend, the other a total arsehole that everyone will be glad to see go, i spent the time drinking whisky an coke which right now my favorite drink, i went off beer as it just kind of roles around your stomach an gets uncomfertable. I was trying to pace myself as i knew id be there a while, the thing is with this drink is that it slides down so damn easy paceing is a real stuggle, i seemed to be knocking them back

Im talking to a guy next to me i had never spoken to before, we were talking about nick drake an playing guitar, even though i love to talk about that stuff i get a little paranoid that im being a show off as normaly with these chats with people i seem end up telling them about all this neat stuff i can play an how this band relates to that band and basically feel like im lecturing them, anyhow he seemed to enjoy what i was saying so we talked some more, louise turned up, she had ciggeretes for the 1st time since last pay day, so i set to work disintegrating her box of 20. I actually quite enjoyed myself was the 1st time i had been out with a crowd in a few months an remembered why i liked it, as i began to get a little more pissed i could feel my head go a little but i i managed to slow down my intake, a little later on louise an my friend paul decieded it was shot time, it was weird the crowd of us suddenly descended into 2 groups. Quite simply, the ones who could drink an the ones who couldnt, the ones who couldnt just looked at us amazed as we were whacking this damn stuff back, i swear to god how the hell does anyone reach the age of 25 in todays society an have never taken a shot of something, i know i was quite an early aged stoner an had pretty much done the whole drug an drink thing by the time most people were starting at university but cmon jeez, anyhow we whacked these things back an i hit the whiskys again, i remember a few more people came, one of them is a sweet girl called anna, she is brazilian, allthough i have never really spoken to here properly (just the occasional hi an smile) i have to admit i findy her incredibly attractive, she is a good looking girl, but for me she has something more, she has a warmness about her thats glows an brings asmile to my face, ive been told by a few friends who know her she is incredibly nice an down to earth, which i guess is what i sensed, anyhow id been telling andrew once in the office that i liked the look of her an said one day if the oppotunity came up i would maybe get a chance to speak to her an get to know her a little, anyhow the lil bugger (a little drunk himself) decided to walk up to her an talk, then bam i hear him say my name, her an her friend look up at me, her friend smiles looking a little embarresed an i fucking knew it!, i carried on talking to my fiends an waited till he came back, he was drunk an was laughing about it, luckilly a little later i asked him what he had said, basically he told her i liked her a lot an that i couldnt stop talking about her, which was absoulute bullshit, i had never even said anything to him for 3 weeks as i had switched departments. to be honest im not worried or embarresed, im glad it is in the open an i guess she knows now to do with it as she likes, to be honest im expecting a knock back from it but i guess time will tell.

Anyhow we left the pub an interrogation lab an headed out to some awful club, by this time there was only the 3 of us, myself andrew an louise, she thought it would be fun to get her hands on some ectasy, she is a total cadet an does this shit every weekend, i one the other hand hadnt done it in a year an a half, anyway she is a brighton gal an knows half the people in the venue so she got them within minutes i knocked mine back with a can of redstripe an the techno started banging, she tried to get me danceing i was still drunk an the pill hadnt come up yet, but then suddenly i felt it, its weird sometimes these thing just come from nowhere, the main problem with 'e's in my experience an most of my friends is that the come on too fast, they make you feel a little drowsy an wretch a little, i told andrew i was going to the toliets to put water on my face, i did this an sat ina cubicle for 5 mins to get some air, i remember andrew tapping the door to see if i was ok an some guy yelling he needed a shit, i stood up an pow, i was in 'love a freaking monkey' land, the music suddenly sounded like a whole lot clearer, i could feel beats that just were not there 30 mins before, anyway to cut a long story short, i spend the next 3 hours danceing, cuddling louise, chewing half my own face off an smoking ciggerettes, fuck its like i was 18 again, after the club finished i ended up at some girls house who supposdly was a dj at the place, we smoked pot until 4 i could feel my self crashing out, i dont remember the conversation that well, it was to do with speakers or something an i remember distinctly thinking 1 of the guys was a little arogant, we walked out, stumbled across the road an hailed a taxi, im now sitting here in a tshirt an shorts still feeling a little flakey an feeling like i want to do something,just not sure what, ok im going back to bed not that i can sleep but its nice an warm
